Próbna matura
Maj zbliża się wielkimi krokami i Winicjatywa podejmuje wszelkie wysiłki, by przygotować swych Drogich Słuchaczy do nadchodzących egzaminów dojrzałości. Dzisiaj dajemy do rozwiązania takie oto zadanie:
I. Przeczytaj ze zrozumieniem następujące notki degustacyjne dwóch win, A i B:
1. Balanced pear, apple and even a touch of mirabelle plum fruit. Finishes with stony notes.
2. Fresh and zingy; subtle almost ethereal floral aromas. Fresh, medium weight palate with sweet, ripe, herbal-toned fruit flavours. Hints of peach and saffron. Lighter style but very pretty.
3. Mealy, bread and parsley nose. Fresh, slightly honeyed and waxy texture in the mouth. Floral and fruity notes with a slightly grassy finish.
4. Fresh nose of ripe apple, pears and flowers. Ripe and creamy but fresh and bright on the palate with very balanced citrus flavours. Finishes long and clean. Not blockbuster, but lovely wine.
5. Elegant, mineral and light bread, parsley perfume. Fresh with lovely purity of fruit. Stunningly well-made wine.
6. Ripe, full and leesy aromas of lychee and ginger. Fair concentration. Big, rich and juicy with perfumed flavours and lovely texture. Notes of pineapple and sage. Lovely finish with excellent acidity. Really good.
II. Przyporządkuj poszczególne notki degustacyjne winom A i B.
III. „Kiedy dwóch mówi to samo, to nie jest to samo”. Skomentuj tę antyczną sentencję na podstawie wybranych przykładów z literatury, polityki i historii zmysłów.
